I'm an extremely picky shopper and always get multiple quotes when choosing a company. Eldridge accommodated my schedule and came out on a Saturday on-time and was extremely friendly and considerate. He showed us a wide array of products and gave us his honest, professional opinion on the most cost-effective product for us, based on our current and future needs. He worked efficiently while still listening to everything we wanted to do, to make sure it was all reflected in his quote. Elite Artificial Grass was the most professional, prompt, and courteous company out of the 3 companies that I had come out to give me a quote, and they ended up being the least expensive (by about 25%!!), so it was a no-brainer for us. On the day of the install, Ben, the foreman, reviewed all of the details with me and double-checked all of the measurements, then he and his crew got down to business. We were not home during the install, but when we came home we were blown away! Ben got everything, including all the details, and even swept up the adjoining concrete patio area next to the install. I was not initially sold on the idea of turf because I love the look of real, fresh-mowed, deep green grass. The problem is our dog had ruined our yard and we needed another alternative. After a botched job by a previous landscaper, I decided to do redo the area with artificial grass. I requested around 7 other quotes and believe me, it was quite an experience. However, what it did was reaffirm my choice in choosing Elite.
They work quick and clean up very well. Their pricing was in line with other estimates I received. They really do try and earn your business. The consultant Eldridge and Benjamin (foreman) were great. They were responsive , knowledgable, and accommodating. Everything was very professional including the digital rendering and estimate.
I believe it is important to choose an installer that has been in the business awhile and whose foreman is skilled. I'm confident that the install went well as it looks picture perfect.

I got quotes from 3 different companies and Elite was the most professional. From the quote process to the computer images and the installation everything was done with high standards. The putting green has "breaks" and speed levels which the other two companies did not provide, even when directly asked. Their prices were competitive too.

Elite came to the rescue to complete my project today 11/26/18. The project was keeping pushing back due to the existing bricks that needed to be removed. I had two different crew and both, half job done. Well, Elite came to the rescue and thank God they stepped up to take on the bricks removal. So glad I made the right choice chosen Elite. The backyard looked beautiful and yes, do take their recommendation when you're at dead end with ideas. They know what they're doing!

Elite artificial grass did an excellent job with my front yard. they showed up exactly at 7am with the team of 5, and the foreman, Benjamin. they took off working non stop to prepare the ground for the grass. I was so amazed how efficiently and quickly they worked together as a team that I was mesmerized and had to watch them. they measured the grass and I was surprised that they used so many nails to tack the grass down and they put 900 lbs on sand on the grass. when they were finished, it looked amazing. Sean was very thorough in explaining the process, prior to me accepting his bid and came back and did a follow up on his crew and to inspect my new grass. I was torn between putting sod or turf in my backyard. I was also unsure on what to do with two planter boxes. I contacted Sean and he quickly provided a couple days/time slots for an estimate. If you're looking for high quality service and products, this is the place. They've transformed my all-dirt back and side yard into a mini oasis in under a month at an extremely competitive price. Most contractors quoted me me a third higher and no less than a month to complete the project. These guys estimated 8-10 days, and are on track to finish sooner!

We chose the rye grass that Elite suggested and found it to be the most realistic looking artificial grass we'd seen. We opted for the heavier weight which is more dense. Yes, it cost more but with a 18 year guarantee the price difference between the lighter density won't mean much. The Elite crew installed our large (1100 sq. ft.) front yard turf in about 8 hours. So fast, so professional, so nice, so clean. The yard is beautiful! Thanks to Elite for making us know we made the right decision choosing their turf suggestion and using Ben and the Elite crew to install it.

It was quite the learning process and we made some changes both in financing and design. Sean was always patient with his explanations and accommodated our needs to the best of his ability. With his help we were able to settle on installing pet turf and pavers. Benji was our contractor. He and his crew are so hardworking and diligent. They came earlier than their projected start date and were amazing despite the surprises our yard gave them (unexpected complications with tree removal and some construction issues with a shared fence). That was our big worry and also choosing the right company to do the job. Well, we hit it out of the park with Elite. First of all the rep, Sean Shibata was very impressive and responsive. His team showed up the first day on time. They were neat and clean and worked like an experienced crew together. The results were wonderful and washed our doubts away when they were all done. It does not look fake. We chose Natures Best by Everlast which we like because it had brown woven in with the green fibers to make it look, in my opinion, more realistic. We love our new grass.

Sean and his team was excellent through out the process. His measurements were accurate and he provided excellent ideas on how the landscape could look. He also provided sketches that helped us make a informed decision.
During install, his foreman noticed a potential flooding issue with one part of the lawn. He dug up a drain trench and fixed the problem for us and it was no charge on us. His team was efficient, fast and professional. They also cleaned up after they were done and provided us the extra turf left over if we wanted to do something with it.
Overall the experience was excellent. Pricing was also very competitive. Go with Elite, you won’t be disappointed!

It's been such a great experience especially considering all of the nightmares we've had with contractors in general. We've dealt with shutter, concrete, bird prevention, cable, and awning contractors and we've been ripped off, neglected & avoided, and given the run around way too many times. I did have to call twice before I got to speak with Alayna to book my appointment. She was apologetic and explained that they've been swamped; so understandable.
Our consultant, Sean, was very upfront that he was new to sales for Elite, he's their marketing guy but my husband and I really liked him. He was honest, genuine, and just really seemed to care about our needs and desires.
Turf installation can be quite costly, but he showed us our long-term savings, and Elite's rates were just as good as the other installation companies that we met up with. I think what sold us was Sean's presentation and personality.
The install itself was terrific; we were able to communicate with the team leader with no language barrier whatsoever, and our backyard is absolutely gorgeous. We are hosting Christmas this year and we cant wait to show it off to our family and friends!
